Returns & Cancellations
If you are unhappy with your item or have simply changed your mind, you have 14 days from the date of receipt to return your item to us for a full refund on the item. Please note the following conditions on the return.
Items must be unused and in a resalable condition
Items must be packaged securely and returned using tracked delivery
Any shipping charges for items returned won't be refunded
You must pay all shipping charges for the return.
Custom orders may not be returned unless damaged. We send out digital proofs for your approval before work is carried out and only when you are 100% happy is work carried out.
In the unlikely event in that your item arrives damaged, please email us firstname.lastname@example.org within 48hrs of receipt and we will ship a replacement out within the lead time quoted on the site (see here for current lead time) please include your order number and a few pictures show the damage.
Lost items or delayed items
From time to time items do get lost in the post or are delayed in transit. Please email us at email@example.com with your order number and we will look into the tracking to find your item as soon as possible, please note, delays due to customs are completely out of our control.
